– Electronic Arts is commemorating the 25th anniversary of “The Sims” franchise with a major update packed with a wide range of new content for players to explore in “The Sims 4”. It will feature free updates – including 70 new items for the game – along with limited-time events and premium DLC, available from 16 January to 25 February.

Titled “Episode 8: Balance”, it introduces a new Infamy Set inspired by the super-villain Libra, alongside new Notorious exotic weapons and a new mission for the ultimate showdown against Brainiac. It also includes an offline mode, allowing players to access the main story campaign and all future seasonal content without connecting online.

– British voice actor Greg Ellis, best known for his role as Cullen Rutherford in the “Dragon Age” video game series, has been arrested on charges linked to allegations of sending intimate photos of his ex-partner to her family and friends. He is also accused of threatening to share these images with a broader audience.
