After 10 years together, actress Sutton Foster and her husband, Ted Griffin, are heading for the divorce court.

Foster – who married the “Ocean’s Eleven” screenwriter in 2014 and shares an adopted daughter named Emily with him – reportedly filed for an uncontested divorce on Tuesday, 22 October, at the New York County Supreme Court in New York City.

Further details regarding the filing are unknown at this time. However, it comes amid rumours that the 49-year-old “Anything Goes” star is in a secret relationship with actor Hugh Jackman.

From 2021 to 2023, Foster and Jackman starred together in a revival of the Broadway hit, “The Music Man”. During this time, they reportedly fell in love with each other.

“They are 100 per cent together and are in love and want to spend the rest of their lives together,” a source previously told an American media outlet.

Adding fuel to the gossip is the fact that Jackman filed for divorce from his wife of 27 years, Deborra-Lee Furness, in September 2023.

Neither Foster nor Griffin has commented on their impending divorce or the Jackman rumours.
