Prince Harry has refuted claims that he is splitting from Meghan Markle.

Ever since the Duke of Sussex married the “Suits” actress in 2018, the couple – who share two children together – have constantly been hit with rumours that they are heading for the divorce courts.

These rumours have gained traction in recent months as the pair have been seen attending different events separately.

During an appearance at the 2024 DealBook Summit hosted by the “New York Times” in New York City on Wednesday, 4 December, Prince Harry openly addressed the speculation surrounding his marriage.

“Apparently, we’ve bought or moved houses 10, 12 times,” he said. “We’ve apparently divorced maybe 10, 12 times as well. So it’s just like, what? It’s hard to keep up with [the gossip], but that’s why you just sort of ignore it.”

However, the 40-year-old British royal – who has been in the media spotlight for almost his entire life – acknowledged that such rumours can become “dangerous” if they are taken seriously.

“I think when you grow up within that environment, you do find yourself questioning the validity of the information, but also what other people are thinking of that as well, and how dangerous it can be over the course of time,” he remarked.
