La Liga: Barca Continue Running Start

Ansu Fati was on fire on Thursday night, 1 October, as he helped Barcelona score an easy 3-0 victory over Celta Vigo at Abanca-Balaidos in Vigo, Spain.
The 17-year-old wonder winger shone as he gave the Catalan Giants a decisive head-start in the 11th minute, with notable contributions from Lionel Messi in the 35th minute and some amazing luck in the second half.
Barca were on point, despite having only ten men on the field just before half-time after defender Clement Lenglet received a second yellow card for sharing his elbow with Celts midfielder, Denis Saurez.
The visitors eventually received some good luck in the form of Lucas Olaza turning Messi’s fancy footwork into an own goal, making the scoreboard 2-0 shortly after the restart. The third and final goal came from Messi’s teammate, Seri Roberto in extra time after smashing through the home team’s defence.
Overall, Ronald Koeman’s squad dazzled the crowd throughout the match, despite a lacklustre second part.
Barcelona will take on Sevilla FC this Sunday night, 4 October.
