Two European commissioners, Jutta Urpilainen, responsible for international partnerships, and Thierry Breton, responsible for the internal market of the European Union, are visiting Namibia tomorrow and Wednesday.

This is the first high-level visit of its kind since 2016, and it celebrates the 33-year partnership between the European Union and Namibia.

The visit includes, among other things, the launch of the EU-Namibia annual action plan 2022, valued at N$437 million, and a visit to President Hage Geingob.
