JUST IN: Budget to be tabled earlier

Finance minister Iipumbu Shimmi will table the 2023/24 budget in Parliament on Wednesday, 22 February.

The spokesperson of the ministry of finance and public enterprises, Wilson Shikoto, confirmed the new date this morning.

The ministry earlier this month announced that it would be on 23 February.
