Hugh Jackman’s affair with Sutton Foster is apparently the reason why his 27-year marriage to Deborra-Lee Furness broke down.

From 2021 to 2023, Jackman and Foster starred together in a revival of the Broadway hit, “The Music Man”. During this time, they reportedly fell in love with each other.

In September 2023, the 56-year-old “Deadpool & Wolverine” star filed for divorce from Furness. In October 2024, Foster filed for divorce from screenwriter Ted Griffin.

In a recent Instagram video, gossip blogger Tasha Lustig claimed that Jackman “blindsided” the 68-year-old “Fire” actress by leaving her for Foster.

Lustig also claims that the Australian actor plans to “soft launch” his relationship with the 49-year-old Broadway songstress to the public.

Furness’ close friend, British media personality Amanda de Cadenet, wrote in the comments section: “You are on point with this one. My beloved friend Deb is about to have her glow up any moment fyi! [sic]”

To add fuel to the fire, Furness “liked” Lustig’s video post from her private Instagram account.

Neither Jackman nor Foster has commented on Lustig’s claims.
