Frank Lampart Wants to Sign Philippe Coutinho

Chelsea are reportedly interested in signing Philippe Coutinho on a season-long loan, with the condition of making him permanent at the end of the season.
Barcelona are holding out for a £80m transfer fee for the Brazilian midfielder but clubs are unlikely to pay that much for a player his age.
Coutinho has struggled with his form since completing a £142m transfer to Barcelona from Liverpool in January 2018, and is currently on loan at Bayern Munich but they are not interested in making the deal permanent.
According to reports, Chelsea are front-runners to sign Coutinho once the transfer window opens. The Blues are willing to pay Coutinho’s wages in full for 12 months, which are around £250,000-a-week.
To enforce the permanent move for the Brazilian, Barca wants a mandatory purchase clause added into the loan deal.
Chelsea will have to permanently sign Coutinho for £53m at the end of the loan season.
