The MTC Namibia Football Association (NFA) Cup Aweh final is slated for tomorrow at 16:00 in Swakopmund, with Civics geared to take on Mighty Gunners.

Make no mistake, these two clubs are ready to put everything on the line for an epic showdown.

Civics reached the final after beating Blue Waters 5-4 on penalties in the semi-finals in Gobabis at Legare Stadium last weekend. In the second match of that day, Mighty Gunners beat Young African (YA) 4-1 on penalties.

Blue Waters and YA will play for third and fourth positions, with the match slated for 12:00.

Gebhardt Hengari of Mighty Gunners said the Cup is theirs for the taking as they lost the 2017 NFA Cup to YA.

After last Saturday’s final, he also stated that they will use the week to work on their mistakes.

Gunners and Civics will contest for N$500 000, while the losing finalist will walk away with N$250 000, and the third and fourth finishers will scoop N$150 000 and N$100 000 respectively.
