Boss Family Declares Legal War on Allison Holker

The family of Stephen “tWitch” Boss is taking legal action against his widow, Allison Holker.
Best known for his DJing and production duties on “The Ellen DeGeneres Show”, Boss was found dead in his motel room in Encino, California in December 2022.
An autopsy report later revealed that the 40-year-old television personality – who had previously spoken out about his mental health struggles – died from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to the head.
Earlier this month, Holker released her memoir, “This Far: My Story of Love, Loss, and Embracing the Light”, in which she accused her husband of abusing illegal substances and leaving her in debt because of his addiction.
In response, Boss’ mother, Connie Boss Alexander, declared in a statement posted to Instagram on Wednesday, 12 February, that her family intends to take legal action against Holker.
“We, the Boss Family, are completely appalled by the misleading accounts and inconsistencies in Allison’s book,” the statement reads. “As a family, we have repeatedly shown compassion toward Allison, despite her disrespectful and evasive actions since Stephen’s passing. Her portrayal of Stephen appears to reshape his story into a narrative that aligns with her perspective.
“Due to the unproven statements published in Allison’s memoir, we have decided to seek legal counsel to examine this matter. There are a lot of unanswered questions and we want answers.”
